Some people just want to say thanks by buying me a coffee. I do love coffee. Like a lot. I have seven different ways to make coffee at home....okay maybe it's an obsession.

Rocketbook Everlast - Ecofriendly!

A notebook for travel? Hell yeah!  Do you ever get back from a trip and forget what you took pictures of? Where you took the picture? If you are looking for photographer gift ideas, this is great. This isn't your everyday notebook. Ooo Oliver...tell us more. Okay, I will!

Rocketbook Everlast is a 36 page reusable Notebook. When you are done with the page, just wipe it with a wet cloth. Now it's ready to reuse. How's that for saving some trees?

Rocketbook Everlast

In the corner of each page is a QR code. Use the Rocketbook App and instantly scan and send that page to the cloud, email, or wherever you want. Now you can keep all your notes electronically and never waste paper again. You need to use Pilot Frixon pens only with it. But don't worry, one comes with the Rocketbook to get you started.

I use the Rocketbook Everlast daily as a travel blogger. It comes everywhere with me. I've turned a lot of people on to Rocketbook, who now use it daily at work.

Noise Cancelling Headphones

Raise your hands if you don't like screaming babies on planes! Oh look at that, everyone's hands are up. These are the only babies you will want to listen to. Taotronics Active Noise Cancelling Headphones

Read the reviews, people rave about them. That's why I bought them. These ones charge with a USB-C, which means fast charging. Even 15-minutes of charging time gives you 2 hours of listening time. That's incredible. A full charge will give you 20 hours of listening time. You'll like these even when working from home.

They are wireless through bluetooth technology, but still have a wire available in case you run out of battery power or can't connect wirelessly. You can even take calls with the built in microphone.

They even have three different settings of ANC. I use the office mode at home all the time. It doesn't filter out voices, but when people are listening to other music, or watching TV, it helps me focus.

  • Travel Mode - reduces mid to low frequency sounds like airplane, trains, road noise in a car.
  • Office Mode - reduces super low frequency sounds.
  • Ambient Mode - You can hear surrounding noise, like traffic, train announcements.

I use these everyday and all day sometimes. So that speaks to their comfort. At less than 1/3 of the cost of other noise cancelling headphones, these ones won't break the bank, and still provide quality sound.

GoToobs by Humangear

If you are looking for the best gift for a traveler, look no further. GoToobs by humangear are one of my top travel items. I never leave home without them.

These silicone travel bottles come in three sizes, 1.25oz, 2oz, and 3oz. I usually travel with two 2oz bottles with the suction cups, one with shampoo and one with body wash. Then the smaller 1.25oz for conditioner and hand lotion.

They are easy to refill, made of silicone, airplane carry-on safe, and 100% BPA / PC free. They're even food safe (FDA), if you want to fill them with condiments (airplane food🤢, am I right?). I have yet to fill mine with ketchup.

Gotoob by HumanGear

They have never burst on me, or leaked in all my travels. And to be honest, I'm hard on them. When I'm not traveling, I have one in my hockey bag and one in my gym bag. These are a great gift for a traveler, and something they will actually use.

Battery Power Bank

This is another "don't leave home without it", travel gift idea. I use these Battery Power Banks as much at home, as I do when I travel.

When I travel, I use my phone to navigate, listen to music, take pictures, research things, and communicate. That takes a lot of juice. There is nothing worse than running out of power before the day is done.

That's why every traveler needs an external battery. This Anker PowerCore 10000 is one of the smallest and lightest 10,000mAh portable chargers. 27% smaller to than other 10,000 mAh chargers, yet still packs a punch and can charge a phone 2.5 to 3.5 times (depending on phone). So now you don't have to worry about running out of juice. Instagram away! (Don't forget to follow Aciu)

Trtl Pillow Plus - Improved!

Does your head always fall forward with your current travel pillow? Well not anymore!

You may have seen the top selling Trtl Travel Pillow before. This is a new and improved version the Trtl Travel Pillow Plus. It is fully adjustable because we are all different sizes! This is one of the best gifts for a frequent traveler. Whether you travel in a car, plane or train this is the ultimate travel pillow.

Unlike your typical horseshoe travel pillows, this one keeps your head from falling forward. Plus you can lean your head to either side or have it in the front. Whatever you prefer, it's got your back (well neck really).

Trtl Travel Pillow Plus

It is compact, lightweight, breathable, and ergonomic. This travel gift idea will get you bonus points for whomever you get this for. Finally they will be able to sleep on an airplane. (Pair it with #2 for even MORE bonus points)

Mobile Lens Kit

Who wouldn't want a little more versatility with their mobile phone when traveling? That's why I just got myself a little Mobile Lens Kit. There are so many different options out there depending what you need. This is a great little travel gift idea that's unique and fun.

If you are buying it as a gift for a traveler, I recommend one like this one on Amazon. It's a 5 in 1 lens kit. It comes with a 2x telephoto lens, 198° Fisheye Lens, 0.63X Wide Angle Lens, a 15X Macro Lens and a CPL lens. There's something in here they will use for sure.

Mobile Lens Kit

It's small and compact and can clip onto your day bag when you aren't using it. Keep in mind, it's not going to turn your phone into a DSLR camera or have that kind of quality. But it's a fun little kit that won't break the bank either. There are lots of options on Amazon with different lens types. Check them out.

Travel Coffee with Aeropress

I. Love. Coffee. There is nothing more frustrating than not being able to have a great cup of coffee when traveling. Besides, those hotel coffee maker rarely get cleaned. Yikes.

My Aeropress gets daily use at home, and I take it on every trip whether it's abroad or camping. It's been around.

It makes the a really good consistent cup of coffee. It packs small, and all you need is some ground coffee and hot water. I like making Cappuccinos so I bought a little hand frother to froth my milk. Soooo delicious!

Aeropress

When I stay at a vacation home, I never know what I will get. Coffee makers aren't a guarantee, especially in Europe. So my Aeropress comes to the rescue! Everyone seems to have a kettle. So that's all I need. Once you try the Aeropress you will be hooked. This is a great Christmas gift idea for yourself, or a birthday gift idea for you, or....whatever, you deserve it, treat yourself.
